Journal Commercial Reprints, ePrints, and Supplements

Oxford University Press handles journal article reprints on behalf of the Endocrine Society. Article reprints are useful educational tools not only at industry-specific exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, but also for use by sales representatives and by teaching institutions. Paper article reprints continue to be extremely popular and can be purchased with a color or black and white cover which highlights the cover of the journal.

Customization options are available, for example the inclusion of product disclaimers, prescribing information, and with selected journals, your company branding. All of these options are subject to editorial approval. Standard delivery for paper reprints is 4 weeks, or with a rush charge, reprints can be delivered in as little as 2 weeks. Shrink-wrapping is also available.

ePrints are an electronic alternative to paper bulk article reprints. They are supplied as an encrypted link to the article you require. ePrints offer an innovative means of distributing key articles via multiple channels. You can use them on your website, USB memory sticks, or in an email campaign. OUP’s simple and efficient process means your ePrint can be ready within 5 working days, which in addition to being prompt, also saves on warehousing and distribution costs.

OUP has dedicated reprint sales managers based in Cary, NC and in Oxford, UK, plus access to a global network of offices.
